Start by creating an account on Education Journey. After email verification, complete your profile with your IC information and academic results. Our system will recommend suitable programmes based on your qualifications. You can then select up to 3 programmes and submit your application.

The application submission itself takes about 30-45 minutes once you have all your documents ready. After submission, the admissions team typically reviews applications within 2-3 weeks. You'll receive email notifications about your application status.

Yes, you can apply for up to 3 programmes in order of preference. Our system will consider your applications in the order you rank them.

After submission, you can track your application status in real-time through your dashboard. The admissions team will review your application, and you'll receive email notifications at each stage: Under Review, Interview Scheduled (if applicable), Decision Made, and final Admission status.

You'll need: (1) A valid IC or passport, (2) Academic results (O-Level, A-Level, or HND/HNTec certificates), (3) Valid email address and phone number, (4) Optional: Personal statement explaining your interest in studying at Politeknik Brunei.

Entry requirements vary by programme. Generally, diploma programmes require O-Level certificates with passes in relevant subjects. Higher programmes require A-Level or equivalent qualifications. Check the specific programme page for detailed requirements.

During the application process, you can upload scanned copies or clear photos of your documents. If you're offered admission, you'll be required to present original documents for verification during enrollment.

First, check your spam/junk folder. The email should arrive within a few minutes. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification code on the email verification page. Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration.

Click 'Forgot Password?' on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and you'll receive a 6-digit reset code. Enter this code along with your new password to regain access to your account.

Our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology automatically reads and extracts information from your documents. Simply upload clear photos or scans of your IC and academic certificates, and the system will automatically populate your profile fields. You can review and edit any extracted information before saving.

Once submitted, you cannot directly edit your application. However, you can contact the admissions office if you need to update important information. It's recommended to review all details carefully before submitting.

After uploading your academic results, our AI system analyzes your qualifications and suggests programmes that match your academic background. You can also chat with our Academic Advisor chatbot for personalized guidance on programme selection.

You can modify your programme choices before final submission. After submission, contact the admissions office if you need to make changes to your programme preferences.

Application deadlines vary by intake period. Check the announcements on your dashboard or the homepage for current deadlines. We typically have two main intake periods per year.

Some programmes require interviews as part of the admissions process. If an interview is required for your chosen programme, you'll be notified via email and through your dashboard with the interview details.

You'll receive an email notification when a decision has been made on your application. You can also check your application status in real-time through your applicant dashboard. Accepted students will receive detailed enrollment instructions.
